WiFi - Wireless Firmware Upgrade - 28/10/2017 9:00am BST Edinburgh Campus

In order to keep our wireless services up to date, secure and working optimally, Information Services will perform a software upgrade to equipment on our wireless service. Therefore, wireless services such as Eduroam may be unavailable for a short period of time on Saturday morning 28th October 9:00 to 10:00.

This will affect mainly areas such as the James Watt Centre, Library, Lecture Theatres 1-4 and Learning Commons areas.

Please report any issues you may experience after the maintenance window to the Help Desk in the first instance

Resolved - EZProxy error

This is now resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.

There is a problem accessing library resources via EZProxy, with an error message saying “your connection is not secure”.  It is currently being investigated.
